Our work spans strategy, design, and technology—but unlike most consultancies, we don’t stop at advice. Where others stop at slides, we build, test, and launch.
We’re now looking for a Strategic Advisor who will play a key role in driving our consulting growth. This is a client-facing, commercially-driven role where you’ll combine sharp strategic thinking with a builder’s mindset – helping organizations discover new opportunities, scale their business, and strengthen their competitive edge.

As a Strategic Advisor, you’ll spend most of your time working directly with clients – shaping strategies, driving sales, and translating ambition into execution. But you’ll also get the chance to be part of our venture bets, where ideas evolve into new startups with Reodor as a co-founder.
You’ll be joining a team of strategists, technologists, and entrepreneurs. More than two-thirds of us have started companies before, and all of us are driven by building things that matter.
What you’ll do
- Lead consulting engagements – Analyze complex challenges, craft strategies, and translate them into practical solutions alongside cross-functional teams.
- Drive commercial growth – Own your own sales budget, spot new opportunities, lead client dialogues, and build long-term partnerships. You’ll be a growth engine for Studios.
- Deliver client value – Be hands-on in projects, ensuring our recommendations create real impact—not just PowerPoint slides.
- Shape Reodor’s evolution – Help shape our methods, offerings, and positioning as we scale into new industries and strengthen our leadership in corporate innovation.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in strategy, technology, or design—at least 2 years in consulting or similar advisory roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with clear and persuasive communication.
- A commercial mindset: you know how to spot opportunities, win trust, and close deals.
- Experience with product or service development – from idea through to launch. If you’ve worked with rapid experimentation and iteration, even better.
- Entrepreneurial energy: maybe you’ve started something of your own, or maybe you’ve just always worked like a founder.
- A collaborative spirit – you enjoy working with others, and people enjoy working with you.
