Graduate Product Designer
Support projects from idea to launch, turning vague briefs into tested business concepts that create both customer value and commercial growth.
About us
At Reodor Studios, we help ambitious companies turn growth goals into business reality. Over the last years we've scaled fast, with talented people, dozens of high-impact projects, and a growing portfolio of ventures. Our work spans strategy, design, and technology, but unlike most consultancies, we don't stop at advice. Where others stop at slides, we build, test, and launch.
We combine consulting and venture building to help companies find new revenue streams, expand into new markets, and develop or improve products and services. With a touch of humility, we dare say we're specialists in early-stage innovation, working from insights and concepts all the way to market-ready solutions. Things move fast here, and we make sure ideas turn into something concrete and valuable.
What sets us apart is how we blend consulting with the ability to actually build new companies. As a Business Builder, your main focus will be client projects, but you'll also work with our venture activities, where we explore, invest in, and grow ideas that can become future startups.
Our team reflects our ambitions: economists, product designers, cybernetics experts, and creative technologists. Also, more than two-thirds of us have founded or run companies ourselves.
About the role
As a Business Builder at Reodor Studios, you'll play a key role in early-stage innovation, driving projects from idea to execution. You'll work closely with clients to develop and test new solutions, evaluate business opportunities, and ensure that concepts are both user-friendly and commercially viable.
This is not a place where you become a small cog in a big machine. You'll get real responsibility early, switching between projects and roles, often working in messy, undefined spaces where ideas turn into products, and sometimes, new companies. You'll learn how to handle context switching, prioritize what truly matters, and build with purpose. That means ownership, uncertainty, and impact all rolled into one.
You'll be comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels, building alignment around new opportunities, and helping shape the companies of tomorrow.
As a Business Builder, you will
- Support projects from idea to concept: Drive projects from vague briefs to concrete, tested business concepts that meet both user needs and commercial goals
- Develop strategies and business models: Create solutions based on sustainable and profitable models that deliver long-term value
- Run analysis: Conduct both qualitative and quantitative analysis of user insights, market data, and business potential. You should be comfortable with numbers (and Excel) and ideally curious about tools like R or Python
- Prototype and test concepts: Form hypotheses, prototype solutions, test with users, and iterate quickly toward market validation
- Work in cross-disciplinary teams: Collaborate with designers, technologists, and strategists to realize innovative concepts that deliver both customer value and commercial success
- Contribute to user insight: Participate in gathering and analyzing data about user behavior, needs, and challenges through methods like interviews, surveys, and user testing
- Iterate and improve: Continuously refine business concepts based on feedback, testing, and market insight
- Support multiple projects: Contribute to different projects simultaneously, bringing your business perspective and building momentum across the team
