Graduate Creative Technologist
Build real products that matter, from prototypes to market-ready solutions, working at the intersection of technology, design, and business.
About Reodor Studios
At Reodor Studios, we help ambitious companies turn growth goals into business reality. Over the last years we've scaled fast, with talented people, dozens of high-impact projects, and a growing portfolio of ventures. Our work spans strategy, design, and technology, but unlike most consultancies, we don't stop at advice. Where others stop at slides, we build, test, and launch.
We combine consulting and venture building to help companies find new revenue streams, expand into new markets, and develop or improve products and services. With a touch of humility, we dare say we're specialists in early-stage innovation, working from insights and concepts all the way to market-ready solutions. Things move fast here, and we make sure ideas turn into something concrete and valuable.
What sets us apart is how we blend consulting with the ability to actually build new companies. We have a team that matches our ambitions: economists, product designers, cybernetics experts, business builders, and more than two-thirds of us have founded and run our own companies.
About the role
As a Creative Technologist at Reodor, you'll be a central contributor to the company's innovation work within established businesses. You'll be hands-on with building and managing digital products in client projects and Reodor's own ventures, working alongside a cross-disciplinary team from day one.
This is not a place where you become a small cog in a big machine. You’ll get real responsibility early, switching between projects and roles, often working in messy, undefined spaces where ideas turn into products, and sometimes, new companies. You’ll learn how to handle context switching, prioritize what truly matters, and build with purpose. That means ownership, uncertainty, and impact all rolled into one.
The role combines solid technical skills with curiosity about users, business logic, and product strategy. We're looking for someone who wants to grow fast, take ownership early, and thrive in an environment where ideas become tangible solutions quickly.
What you'll do
- Build and manage digital products: Develop prototypes, MVPs, and production applications for client projects and Reodor's own ventures, working across the full stack as needed
- Contribute to the full product journey: Be involved from idea, concept and testing through to implementation and iteration, helping connect technical solutions with user needs and business goals
- Contribute to user insight: Participate in gathering and analyzing data about user behavior, needs, and challenges through methods like interviews, surveys, and user testing
- Iterate and improve: Continuously refine products based on feedback, testing, and user insight
- Work across disciplines: Collaborate closely with designers, business developers, and clients to turn insights and strategy into working solutions
- Solve problems with technology: Take on technical challenges with technology as the starting point, choosing tools and approaches that solve real business problems
- Develop beyond tech: Build competence in areas like design, AI/ML development, business strategy, user testing, and insight work – becoming a well-rounded product builder
- Support multiple projects: Contribute to different projects simultaneously, bringing your technical perspective and building momentum across the team
We're looking for someone who
We are searching for recent graduates with a master's degree in technology, computer science, software development, or similar fields.
- Has 0-2 years of professional experience as a developer
- Has demonstrated entrepreneurial initiative through internships, personal projects, startup experience, or self-driven ventures
- Can build functional applications – you've shipped something, whether it's a side project, university work, or professional experience
- Is curious about the bigger picture – you want to understand not just how to build, but why and for whom
- Takes ownership and initiative – you're comfortable working independently and driving tasks forward
- Has strong collaboration skills – you enjoy working in cross-disciplinary teams and can communicate technical concepts clearly
- Is pragmatic and solution-oriented – you focus on what works, not what's the most “hyped”.
- Wants to grow fast – you're eager to take on responsibility, learn new skills, and develop beyond just coding
- Is invested in Reodor's growth – you're encouraged and supported in contributing to the company's professional and business development, and sharing your competence with colleagues
Bonus points if you:
- Have worked on projects outside pure development (design, product, strategy)
- Have experience from startups, agencies, or fast-paced environments
- Have founded or contributed to your own projects or companies
- Have experience leading or coordinating teams
Straight out of school and don't tick all these boxes? That's completely fine! We're looking for potential and drive, and we have a strong culture of learning and development to help you grow into the role.
What we offer
- Real impact from day one: Work on actual client projects and ventures where you build solutions that go to market
- Fast growth and autonomy: We give you ownership early and support your development across tech, product, and strategy
- Cross-disciplinary learning: Expand your skills beyond coding by working alongside designers, strategists, and business developers
- Flexible working hours and good work-life balance
- Vacation + workation: 6 weeks vacation and up to 4 weeks workation (work from abroad)
- Share program: Opportunity to participate in our employee share program
- Market-leading insurance package: Comprehensive coverage through Gjensidige
- Training membership and professional development: Support for gym membership and opportunities for continuous learning
- Strong culture: A startup environment built on collaboration, knowledge sharing, entrepreneurship, openness, and humor
- Social activities: Social and professional events, such as an annual kick-off (we’ve been to Italy, Morocco, France, and Spain) and ski trips to the company cabin in Ål
- Build your own ideas: Pitch your concepts as potential ventures we might invest in and build together
