Graduate Product Designer
Design products that matter, from early concepts to market-ready solutions, working at the intersection of design, technology, and business.
About us
At Reodor Studios, we help ambitious companies turn growth goals into business reality. Over the last years we've scaled fast, with talented people, dozens of high-impact projects, and a growing portfolio of ventures. Our work spans strategy, design, and technology, but unlike most consultancies, we don't stop at advice. Where others stop at slides, we build, test, and launch.
We combine consulting and venture building to help companies find new revenue streams, expand into new markets, and develop or improve products and services. With a touch of humility, we dare say we're specialists in early-stage innovation, working from insights and concepts all the way to market-ready solutions. Things move fast here, and we make sure ideas turn into something concrete and valuable.
What sets us apart is how we blend consulting with the ability to actually build new companies. We have a team that matches our ambitions: economists, product designers, cybernetics experts, creative technologists, and more than two-thirds of us have founded and run our own companies.
Our design team currently consists of four talented individuals who work closely with our tech and business teams. We are in an exciting growth phase and are now expanding the team with several roles, including product designer.
About the role
We are looking for a recent graduate with a master's degree in design (or equivalent work experience) who wants to help shape the products and services of the future. As a product designer with us, you will work closely with clients across various industries, from idea and concept to prototyping, testing, and scaling.
This is not a place where you become a small cog in a big machine. You'll get real responsibility early, switching between projects and roles, often working in messy, undefined spaces where ideas turn into products, and sometimes, new companies. You'll learn how to handle context switching, prioritize what truly matters, and design with purpose. That means ownership, uncertainty, and impact all rolled into one.
You will have varied tasks ranging from user insight and concept development to UX, UI, and visual design. With us, you get the opportunity to work broadly across design disciplines while developing your own design profile.
As a product designer, you will
- Contribute to user insight: Participate in gathering and analyzing data about user behavior, needs, and challenges through methods like interviews, surveys, and user testing
- Define and communicate user needs: Effectively and clearly convey the users' perspective to the team and stakeholders
- Develop sketches and prototypes: Create sketches, user flows, and interactive prototypes that clearly illustrate how products should function, with a focus on intuitive and effective user experiences
- Collaborate closely with business, tech, and design: Work side by side with colleagues from all departments to ensure that your designs are implemented effectively and align with both user needs and business goals
- Iterate and improve the product/service: Continuously improve design based on feedback, testing, and user insight
- Help ensure accessibility: Contribute to making our products accessible to all users
- Support multiple projects: Contribute to different projects simultaneously, bringing your design perspective and building momentum across the team

- Good collaboration skills and willingness to learn (in cross-disciplinary development teams)
- Analytical skills and the ability to translate insight into products and services
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership and responsibility
- Is invested in Reodor's growth – you're encouraged and supported in contributing to the company's professional and business development, and sharing your competence with colleagues
