This position requires that you reside in Oslo or the surrounding area. Proficiency in Norwegian is considered a strong advantage and will be weighted highly in the selection process.

About the role
In this role, you will play a key part in driving the sales process from start to finish, with a primary focus on mid-market and enterprise customers. For us, closing a deal is not the finish line. It is the beginning of a relationship, and you will be the person who makes sure customers continue to get real value from the product long after they sign.
You will be selling a product you use yourself, which means you will know firsthand why it works and be able to talk about it with genuine conviction.
As a SBD with us, you will
Own the full sales cycle:
Drive complex B2B sales processes from first meeting to signed contract, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise accounts. You are in it for the long game, building relationships that last well beyond the close.
Sell what you use:
Trale is your own tool for meeting follow-up, notes, crm-syncs and insights. You will know the product from the inside, and that will show in every conversation.
Shape the playbook:
Work closely with our CCO to continuously improve how we sell, what we say, and how we qualify and close deals.
Take full ownership
From how you build your pipeline to how you nurture your accounts, you are in the driver's seat. We give you the tools, the support and the trust to make it your own.
Skills you will need to bring
You have 5+ years of experience in complex B2B sales and a track record of owning the full process from first meeting to signed contract. You are relationship-oriented, genuinely curious about the people you talk to, and thrive with full ownership of your pipeline. You are comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and know how to navigate longer, multi-step sales processes.
You enjoy working in a team where you can feel the direct impact of your work, and you have enough interest in technology to understand what we are building and why it matters. Have you started something yourself, worked at an early-stage company, or built something from scratch? Not a requirement, but a big plus.
