This position requires that you reside in Oslo or the surrounding area. Proficiency in Norwegian is considered a strong advantage and will be weighted highly in the selection process.

The company was started by serial entrepreneurs, PhDs and technical experts with deep industry knowledge. The aim is to create one of the best technology companies of its kind in Europe. We are now growing fast, especially our Trale AI application.

About the role
This is a direct sales role with a focus on smaller and growing businesses. You will run a high volume of conversations, qualify fast and close efficiently. You are the kind of person who can build genuine rapport in a short amount of time and knows how to turn a curious prospect into a happy customer.
You will be selling a product you use yourself, which means you will know firsthand why it works and be able to talk about it with genuine conviction
As an AM with us, you will
Drive direct sales at pace:
Own the sales process from first contact to signed contract. You move fast, qualify well and know how to close without overcomplicating it.
Sell what you use:
Trale is your own tool for meeting follow-up, notes, crm-syncs and insights. You will know the product from the inside, and that will show in every conversation.
Make customers succeed from day one:
Closing is just the start. You make sure the customers you bring in get up and running quickly and start seeing value right away.
Take full ownership:
From how you build your pipeline to how you nurture your accounts, you are in the driver's seat. We give you the tools, the support and the trust to make it your own.
Skills you will need to bring
You have experience in B2B sales and enjoy working at pace. You are good at qualifying quickly, building rapport fast and keeping the process moving. You do not need a decade of experience, but you need to be sharp, self-driven and genuinely motivated to close. An interest in technology and enough curiosity to understand what we are building will go a long way.
Have you started something yourself, worked at an early-stage company, or built something from scratch? Not a requirement, but a big plus.
