This is a part-time freelance position, approximately two days per week. This position requires that you reside in Oslo or the surrounding area.

The company was started by serial entrepreneurs, Phds, and technical experts with deep industry knowledge. The aim is to create one of the best technology companies of its kind in Europe. We are now growing fast, especially our Trale AI application.

We need more people. Join us as a Content Creator and help us tell the story of Trale AI to the people who need it most: business professionals across Europe who spend too much of their working week in the aftermath of meetings.

Trale AI is a meeting intelligence platform that automates the tedious parts of work so people can focus on what actually matters. We are a lean, experienced team in strong growth, with enterprise customers and strategic partnerships across Europe. With a small dose of humility, we dare to say that we have built something people genuinely love using every day.

Trale does not just capture what happens in a single meeting. It helps teams and leaders understand patterns across conversations, score performance against their own frameworks, and connect meeting intelligence to the tools they already use, including the leading AI platforms like Claude and ChatGPT.

What sets us apart is that the people selling Trale also use it. Our platform handles the administrative side of every meeting, so our team can spend their time on relationships, not paperwork. About the role

We are ready to become visible. The product is proven, the customers are there, and now we need someone who can help us reach the people who do not know about us yet. As our Content Creator, you will own the content side of that effort - from idea to production to publishing.

This is not a role where you execute on a strict brief and hand things over. We want someone who understands the AI and SaaS space, has a feel for what resonates with a B2B audience, and can work independently to build a content engine that actually drives results.

As a Content Creator with us, you will:

Produce content that converts:

Create videos, images and written content tailored to business professionals across Europe. You know what works on social media in a B2B context and you make content with that in mind.

Own the content strategy:

You are not just producing, you are thinking. You bring ideas, spot opportunities and help us figure out what to say, where to say it and how to say it in a way that lands.

Work across organic and paid

Help us test and iterate across organic and paid social, primarily on LinkedIn and Meta. You understand the difference between what works organically and what needs budget behind it.

Take full ownership

You manage your own time and deliver without hand-holding. Two days a week, but with real impact. We give you the creative freedom and the tools to do your best work.

Skills you will need to bring

You have hands-on experience creating content for B2B audiences, ideally in the AI or SaaS space. You can produce high-quality video and visual content, and you have a strong feel for social media platforms and what drives engagement in a professional context. You are self-driven, creative and comfortable working with a small team where your output is visible and your ideas are welcome.
